Premium RNA Samples

RNA samples derived from our tissues undergo rigorous quality control testing. Prior to RNA extraction, each sample is pathology reviewed and digital images of the H&E slide are captured.

A proprietary set of standard operating procedures is utilized to extract RNA from our frozen-OCT embedded samples and to ensure accurate measurement of intact total RNA, free of contaminating DNA and protein.

Methods used to determine RNA quality include Agilent Bioanalyzer analysis and endpoint RT-PCR testing. A detailed data set is provided with each sample including:

• Abstracted pathology report
• Digital H&E images
• Sample level pathology confirmation
• Agilent Bioanalyzer 28S/18S ratio
• Agilent Bioanalyzer Electropherogram
• RT-PCR gel image
