Our Customer Service group are available to assist you in searching the Biorepository for the samples you need for your research.

To access our online sample searching application, contact Customer Service to obtain a user account and password. In order enable this facility we require details of the external IP address of your organization’s network.

In addition to providing online searching capabilities we routinely undertake sample searches for our clients. Simply provide us with details of your sample requirements, being as specific as possible as to your inclusion/exclusion criteria, and we can provide a spreadsheet that describes the samples we have which meet your needs.
